Introduction

Here is everything I prepare to pray with you: free step-by-step guides, and the full materials I release along the way. Pick a topic from the menu or start with one of the paths below.

Where to start

The RosaryToday's mysteries, the order of the prayers and a mode that guides you bead by bead.In Portuguese Eucharistic AdorationFor when you are tired: what to do when you arrive, what to tell Jesus and how to stay in silence with Him.In Portuguese Liturgical yearThe Church year day by day: liturgical seasons, feast days, saints and when to start each novena.

What is here

Each guide is a page you can save to your phone's home screen and open when it is time to pray. The calendar shows what the Church celebrates each day, with feast days, saints and when to start each novena.

The Rosary and Adoration guides are still only in Portuguese. We are translating them carefully, because each prayer has its official text in every language. Looking for something specific? Use the search at the top.

How the guides are made

The texts follow the teaching of the Catholic Church. At the end of each page you will find the sources: the Catechism, papal documents and the Bible.

The guides support personal prayer. They do not replace Mass, Confession or the guidance of a priest.

Who writes

I am Larissa Fernandes, from Brazil, and I talk about living the Catholic faith every day on Instagram, @lalasfernandes (in Portuguese). If a guide helped you, or you miss one, tell me there.
